This course is for both beginners and advanced skaters who want to learn the basics of ice skating under expert guidance and want to have fun in a group. Former figure skaters are also welcome. You can learn ice skating at any age and with motivation and diligence, you can quickly make progress. With a bit of ambition, the first jumps and step elements can soon be learned.
For parents who want to experience something together with their children (under 4 years), we have set up a Parent with child course this season.
Being able to stand independently on the ice
Season from November 5th, 2023 – February 18th, 2024, except Christmas holidays (December 25th, 2023 – January 8th, 2024)
Adults Sundays from 8.55 a.m. to 9.50 a.m. (no training during the Christmas holidays and 19.11. / 17.12. / 14.1.)
MuKi/VaKi Sundays from 8.55 a.m. to 9.50 a.m. (no training during the Christmas holidays and 19.11. / 17.12. / 14.1.)
Tight, athletic clothing so you can move freely.
For beginners, we recommend ski trousers or thick leggings (tights underneath), appropriate sportswear with several layers (ski jacket and fleece jacket underneath) that you can take off, and a helmet.
Gloves are mandatory.
Single-sided, matching ice skates (ice skates can be rented by prior arrangement, CHF 90.00 seasonal rent plus CHF 100.00 deposit)
Adult course 1x/week = CHF 350
Parent with child course 1x/week = CHF 250
